Episode 124 Let insight come to you

We have a tendency to go looking for the things we want. It seems counter-intuitive to sit down and have faith that those things will come to you. And it is. In so many ways, inner practices like meditation work differently than everything else we're used to in the busy world of accomplishing tasks and getting things done. This process of Being, of receiving, of becoming, feels so magical when we get into the flow of it. But we need a little mindset shift in order to get there! When we sit down, we aren't looking for calm or insight. We are waiting for them to come to us. Enjoy this episode!
