As we complete this year, I wanted to leave you with a gift.
So I created a meditation to invite you to look back upon this year, consider it’s challenges and gifts and be grateful for it all. Regardless of the content of your experiences.
It has all been for your growth, for your learning, even the parts you didn’t like or didn’t want. Even the parts that caused you pain. See if you can hold them as gifts, and in time, you will receive the lessons they brought you.
It’s also an invitation to look ahead and consider all the new possibilities that await you in the new year, set your intentions, goals and dreams for who you want to be, what you want to do and what you want to create.
Thank you for being part of my journey this past year, here in The New Beyond. I look forward to seeing where the new year takes us.
