Ex-professional rugby player Ben John talks about how serious head injuries led to him retiring from the sport and rerouting his entire life and career, the impact that had on him mentally and how he dealt with it.

Ben now works as a Personal Trainer at the Manor Gym in London, he explains how they've cultivated an environment that helps people both physically and mentally, as well as how he's managed the changes in his own life and mindset.
