Success in property investment starts with a great mentor, says Tyron Hyde. 

Ty is a successful investor, author and podcast host who has also had the rare privilege of standing on the shoulders of titans to enjoy his own success as the CEO of one of Australia’s oldest and most well-known quantity surveying firms, Washington Brown, who specialise in appreciating depreciation and it’s benefits for property investors.

As you'll hear in this chat, it is great to read books and listen to podcasts, but real learning comes from observing how it’s actually done and then doing it yourself.

And much of my learning and any success that followed can be linked back to my (Bushy) mentor, the late George Lucey.

In this episode I pay tribute to George and talk about what I learned from him, before talking about the power of mentoring, and why you need a mentor, with Ty.
