I’ve been following and communicating with Adriell for a while through social media (also known as “everygotdamndre” on Instagram) as I have loved his approach to training and wanted to connect with him in person. He flew out to Seattle and we got to train, eat, and talk a lot about principles of training, business and life. Adriell has built an incredible online presence, has become very well know for his kettlebell training and online programs, as well as full schedule of one on one personal training clients that he has retained for many years.
