Seeking Fulfillment Through Empathy and Kindness with Scott Stolze
VC039- Seeking Fulfillment Through Empathy and Kindness with Scott Stolze
Scott Stolze is a Communication Coach whose goal is to help emerging leaders be more relatable and understood at work. His programs emphasize on improving an individual’s communication skills that can translate to a much more fulfilling work relationship. Scott built his entire platform on what is referred to as the Connection Economy, where building relationships and connections is rewarded and more valued over assets and concrete figures.
Scott joins me today to share how communication has evolved beyond just relaying information, and how it’s become an entirely new economy. He shares the time when he was scared to speak in public and how he got over that hump in his career. He explains why we have a right to be fulfilled in what we do, and how individuals can find fulfillment beyond their work. Scott also describes how volunteerism changed his life and how it affected his career trajectory.
"We deserve to be fulfilled in the work that we do." - Scott Stolze
