In this episode we continue to consider Chapter 15 of the Confessionwhich takes up the important subject “Of Repentance unto Life.”Paragraph 3 provides a wonderful definition of repentance which can beillustrated by means of the analogy of a tree with soil, roots, trunk andbranches, and finally fruit. Today, let’s consider the fruit that grows on this tree of repentance.
