Hey podulters, I hope you're well! In this week's episode I speak to Vaani Kaur. Vaani is a secondary school English teacher and qualified yoga, fitness and mindfulness instructor. She reached out to me as she had recently (successfully) started a conversation about the problematic nature of cultural appropriation in wellness spaces especially yoga.
