Personal finance news update

-UK economic growth has nearly stalled, with uncertainty about the EU referendum partly to blame.

-The average cost of renting a property outside of London has risen by 5.1% during the past twelve months.

-Global food prices rose again April, but remain around 10% lower than a year earlier, according to the United Nations food agency.

-Almost two thirds of UK adults do not have a will and could therefore be at risk of losing control over their estate if they die.

-The Bank of Mum and Dad is set to lend adult children £5bn in 2016.
