In episode 118 I interviewed Dr. Ryan Darby and Brandon Miller about their Incredible Family Strengths assessment.  Since then Sarah and I read the book and took the assessment.  Dr. Ryan Coached us through our strengths, both how we work well together, and how we can grow.  This was an incredible conversation.  I learned so much, this is worth the listen and I highly recommend reading the book, taking the assessment, and looking for some parental coaching.
