208: Own the Day, Own Your Life - with Aubrey Marcus

For the last two years, I've become a huge fan of Aubrey Marcus – podcast host, author, and the founder and CEO of Onnit, the leading supplement company for human optimization.

I'm about halfway through the book now, and I made significant changes to my daily routine – after reading just the first few chapters.
