After nearly eight years in the Marine Corps, Justin entered the insurance industry in 2014, aiming to match his military salary. He also founded MedicareCon, an annual conference for Medicare agents, which grew from 200 to over 1,256 attendees since its launch in 2020. As a thought leader, Justin created the Medicare Monsters Facebook group with over 13,000 members and offers educational resources through Secrets of Sales. In 2023, he sold 51% of his business for $70 million, further solidifying his industry status.
