I am a Certified Life Skills Coach who helps guide and motivate individuals looking to improve in one or many different areas of their lives.  Before starting a coaching business, I spent 14 years working at Horton Automatics of Ontario. During my career at Horton Automatics I worked in many different positions in different areas of the business. I was the Service Department Manager when I decided to take a leap of faith and start a completely new career path. My decision was fuelled by the opportunity of going back to school and being able to enjoy a career of doing what I love to do the most, helping others. After a very successful journey at Rhodes Wellness College, I am now a Certified Life Skills Coach and I would truly appreciate the opportunity of guiding you towards a successful journey through life.
