255. Fitting In vs. Belonging | Finding Your Authentic Truth and OWNING It

Today I’m joined by Stephanie Rae, my beautiful friend and an incredibly talented embodiment and tantric sex coach. She is a somatic experiencing practitioner for trauma resolution, a nervous system and emotional regulation coach for entrepreneurs,  coaches, and business leaders, an author, and one of the most lovely, connected, grounded, and embodied humans I’ve ever met. 

In this episode, we dive into the concept of fitting in versus belonging. Stephanie made a beautiful post about this recently, and I just knew I had to have her on the show to dive into it more. This conversation is one that every woman needs to hear, because there’s a huge difference between fitting in and belonging. When you find that belonging within yourself and start living in your authentic truth and OWNING it, it’s pure magic.
