Today I am sharing my conversation with, Dr. Kristin Neff, the pioneer in the field of self-compassion. Through self-compassion, Dr. Neff teaches us how to give ourselves permission to be kind to ourselves – on both the good days and especially the bad days. She also gives us the tools to be kinder to ourselves and teaches us why it’s so important – especially for women.
