What does it take to achieve real freedom from unwanted behaviors? What "ingredients" do you need to have in place to finally experience the freedom that's been alluding you for maybe a very long time?

Maybe you've heard answers to this question before:

"You need community."

"You need filters and accountability software."

"You need to dive into the roots of your childhood and past."

"You need a trained counselor."

Do these sound familiar? Are these helpful and important? Without a doubt.

But what I found on my journey into freedom is that there are three other essential ingredients that are generally less talked about. And it was only AFTER I embedded these three ingredients into my life that I finally stepped into the freedom that I was desperate for.
