Unpacking the 2024 class actions landscape (thus far)

In the first six months of this year, plaintiff firms have investigated and pursued a “very broad base of claims”, and even though there has been a softening in filing rates for the year-to-date, it will be prudent to maintain a cautious outlook, one BigLaw partner says.
