You know that weird feeling you get before an event? It's a specific type of anxiety called "anticipation anxiety". The type that comes from anticipating an event, a meeting, a hard chat, a decision that’ll impact your future. It can cause us to feel nervous and fearful of the future. It can also stop us from enjoying the present. We’re going to teach you how to ease it.
