This week, Sal and Dave sit down with Jonathan Dockrell from SkyTrade - a highly innovative project which is creating a marketplace for property owners to sell the Air Rights above their properties. There are numerous sources of demand for this space, from drone delivery companies to real estate development - with it being estimated to be worth $30 Tn, and yet many owners are not even aware that they own this highly desirable space. SkyTrade utilises novel RWA tokenization techniques on the Solana blockchain as well as a Depin-based Drone tracking app to bring into the light a previously opaque and illiquid asset class.
