We all know that Mitch McConnell has been packing the courts with ideologues, including several judges rated "not qualified" by the American Bar Association to serve as federal judges. The judicial candidates identified by McConnell and nominated by Donald Trump have inarguably degraded the quality of the federal judiciary.
