Reflecting Your Power Through Horses. Optimizing Human Potential With Equine Therapy.  

In this episode, I’m joined by Katherine Faraci as she shares how she overcame her fear of horses and how they began to heal her and engulf her energy. As she began to work more closely with horses, she learned they were actually reflecting her power and beauty, which is something so many people struggle with. Now, she offers Equine Therapy and retreats to help others optimize their human potential through horses. 

Experiencing the authenticity of horses and their energy. The personal and intimate layer of working with horses. Being in your body and softening the heart when working with horses. How horses can reveal so much about your traumas, the state of your nervous system, and if you’re living in fight or flight mode. Guest Bio:

My journey began with the horses over a decade ago. As a child, I enjoyed a handful of experiences with these incredible beings, only to circle around and have them become some of my most profound teachers. 

My second child, Juniper, at 4 years of age was enchanted by their majestic world engulfed in every aspect of their being, as they were with her. At the time I found them rather large and intimidating. To my surprise even standing in the field with them I experienced a lot of fear. My curious mind began to question what this reaction was all about. They were having a profound effect on me every time I was with them, only to later reveal they were reflecting my sovereignty and power.

As a mother of 3 children, and a practitioner of Acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy for the past 20 years, I am delighted to add my F.E.E.L certification as a perfect evolution to my life work. 

I am passionate about our mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and life force energy and how it connects us to our daily life. I look forward to introducing the equine world to all who are curious about their majestic nature and the gifts that they offer.
