Often times, coaches think leaving their legacy is determined solely on the transformations of their clients and while that is important, there is more to legacy than just the physical results. A mentor and close friend unexpectedly passed away recently and as I reflect after attending his funeral, John was more to those he inspired than just bodybuilding and physique development.
