My previous weight loss attempts were based in vanity. I wanted to fit into a specific size and look good in my clothes. I was chasing the 20-something version of myself.

This year, though, I FELT like crap. My blood pressure was borderline high. And I was tired of trying different diets.
 
Then I met Coach Netra Shettleworth, owner of Butterfly Transformation Nutrition Coaching, and decided to try something different.
