Ming-Hui Huang is the Distinguished Professor of the Department of Information at the National Taiwan University. She recently co-authored with the Distinguished University Professor, Roland T Rust, the book, "The Feeling Economy: How Artificial Intelligence is Creating the Era of Empathy" published by Palgrave Macmillan. In this conversation, we discuss why and how AI is shifting the role of the service work from thinking to feeling, the frontiers of feeling AI, how it's creating an era of empathy, what are the consequences of business leaders and implications for governance.
