Omar recently led the development of a new report: The 2021 State of Digital Transformation, from Altimeter. This study looks at the differences between businesses that succeeded at digital transformation and those that are struggling. We discuss the results of this study during this episode.

Omar graduated with a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University and has been a writer for Direct Marketing News, PR Week, and Fortune Magazine.
