Adam Campbell is an organizational development consultant who helps teams and enterprises navigate business transformation (change), including startup growth.

With over 25 years' experience in people- and process-optimization, Adam advocates cultural engagement as the largest influencer (lever) of long-term enterprise value. Conversely, he cites leadership waste as the largest negative lever.

In 2016, Adam pivoted out of his 20-year corporate (Fortune 500) career to travel (much) of the world with his wife and kids, including a year living and working abroad in Slovakia, and traveling as much of Europe as possible!
