Australian investigative reporter Ross Coulthart said last week that, based on discussions he’s had with some government insiders, he believes the entire world should know the truth about the extraterrestrial presence in 12 to 18 months. Last year, former CIA official John Ramirez said disclosure began in 2017 because an impending alien event is slated to occur in 2027.
