She also has valuable multifamily real estate experience and invests in multifamily properties in the US and new construction projects in Costa Rica's tourist towns. Becca lives in Nosara, Costa Rica, and her passive income from multifamily real estate investing supports her life in this boutique surf and yoga hub. 

She is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom and location independence through real estate investing. Her team is currently working on converting a 100-unit Quality Inn Motel in Arizona into 65 multifamily units. She has invested in and overseen several other real estate projects, including a condo renovation/conversion project in San Francisco and a multifamily value-add project in Kansas City.
