

Journalist killings leave Israel under pressure
Israel is facing ever-increasing international condemnation after five journalists were killed in Gaza in an attack on a hospital, which Israel branded a "tragic mishap." It comes as furious Israelis bring major roads to a standstill across the country in protest at the failure to agree a deal to bring Hamas-held hostages home. So in a week of building pressure, the Times' Middle East correspondent, Samer Al-Atrush, looks into whether Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu might consider reshaping his plans for Gaza, while discussing the increasing difficulties of reporting on a "closed-off" war.
