I sat down with my first female guest, Sheleana Aiyana, and we talk about where we've lost our way with the masculine and the feminine. We also talk about how men and women are finding themselves again through gendered groups that do deep work. 

Sheleana is a writer, a birth doula, and a coach. She is deeply engaged in women's work, facilitating women's circles and workshops with the Rising Woman Sisterhood, and
