Frankie is a plant-based chef and the author of Plant Feasts: Recipes For Slow Living In A Fast Paced World. She also hosts various events including supper clubs, retreats and ‘moon jams’, and she is absolutely passionate about living a life where she is connecting to the land and finding balance in the modern world.
Frankie is single, childfree, and lives alone on her canal boat in East London.
