On today’s special healthy Friday show, we’re joined by Dr. Simon Goddek, a biotechnologist and science journalist, who put out a viral thread asking why our grandparents were so much healthier. He goes through multiple factors of how government has worked with big pharma and food processors to tell us that what is good for our bodies is really bad and what is bad is really good. He also identifies other factors, such as soil contamination, stripping food of its nutrients, sedentary lifestyles, and the creation of synthetic foods. He promotes different ideas to eat healthy and take our own health care into our own hands. I also warn about the latest approval of yet another RSV shot that is pure poison.
