The false self is made up of ideas looks and manipulating conversation which work to convince victims into forking over their supplies in the form of money, time, effort, love etc. In order to identify the false self it is imperative to look for inconsistencies as well and to check in with one’s own gut feeling as if something feels off it very well may be.
