Trevor Pfaendtner earned his BS at the University of Michigan in Movement Science and his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University. He's a board-certified Osteopathic Family Medicine Physician that is licensed in the state of Illinois, working in a primary care setting. Trevor is a coach for Renaissance Periodization and specializes in diets and training plans.

Weight training since 2001 and competing in powerlifting since 2007, he's totaled elite in multiply and raw divisions:

Elite multiply total in Junior 275 class: 745/710/625: 2080 lbs, Open 308 class: 749/722/604: 2075 lbs
