Jeff Harmon is the Owner of Brilliance Within Coaching and Consulting, a training and coaching firm on a mission to equip industry leaders to become world-class servant-leaders. They help companies in the tech, pharma, biotech, and healthcare industries to develop their engineers and scientists into the leaders that can help run their organization better. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in coaching others to achieve their goals. As Principal Coach of their company, he specializes in coaching business leaders in the technology and life sciences.
