Amber was a skinny kid, and she was even teased because of it. But it wasn’t until after having three kids that she began to struggle. When Amber reached her highest weight of 154 pounds, she began to diet. Her doctor even prescribed diet pills because Amber felt desperate to lose weight.
In August of 2020, Amber heard about intermittent fasting and Fast Feast Repeat from a co-worker. Amber read it in two days and began her IF journey right away.
