You’re a real estate investor or you’re new to the property line. You’ve heard about Sub2Deals and you want to find some deals yourself. But where can you find a Sub2Deal? How do you know the seller is motivated? Is a Sub2Deal for real or a myth?
Many people will tell you that Sub2Deals are unicorns that only show up once in your real estate career. Look, I’ve been doing this for over 20 years and it’s the only way I do property deals. I used to do them when I lived in the U.S. and I still do them today even though I live outside of the States.

In one deal I made US$60,000 on a house that somebody wanted to bulldoze! Sub2Deals come in all shapes in sizes, your job is really not to “find” them but to generate leads and follow through.
