Welcome to the October 10, 2026 Movie Session from "The Way" Online Weekend Retreat, featuring profound commentary by David Hoffmeister under the theme "Grace and Gratitude, the Joy of Our Single Purpose". This session takes participants on a deep metaphysical dive into the illusions of linear time, space, and hypothetical thinking. Using a mind-bending sci-fi film centered around a character with the psychic ability to see moments into the future, David illustrates how the ego attempts to control and manipulate outcomes for self-preservation. He explains that the physical world is merely a projection of potentiality, and that true forgiveness requires letting go of past regrets, future anxieties, and the desire to evaluate behavior. By surrendering the need to plan or analyze the temporal world, listeners are invited to step into the "holy instant," embrace their pure spiritual innocence, and experience the deep joy of resting in the present moment.

The session ends with a Mystical Music Lounge.

These gatherings take place every weekend and include comedy, teachings, films, music, panel discussions, and live Q&A sessions with David Hoffmeister and members of the Living Miracles Community.
