1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career
Culturally, results matter only to a point. It is completely dependent on the team, the coach, and the athletes.
2) If you could ask one questions and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
What’s the one major limiting factor I can help with? What’s the one thing that’s going to make you better?
3) What’s your escape?
I need an escape, although my wife tells me I need a hobby, mine would be the beach, the quiet, where I can recharge.
