In this episode, I’m joined by Sheeana Leigh as she shares about her journey through healing, dissent, and unraveling past traumas and pain and how she now uses that to propel her forward in her purpose and mission to help others. 

Reclaiming your sexuality and your body after sexual assault. Body activation and honoring your body to heal it and own your sexuality.  Healing the wound with the masculine. Life and healing is not a linear journey, but more like peeling back one layer at a time. 

The feminine has the ability to move so much energetically and set the tone for men to rise in their masculine essence. Taking radical responsibility for what we're holding in our body, our system, and processing it to change the paradigm completely. The energetic and bodily difference between being in your feminine and masculine.

The waves of the feminist movement and getting back to equilibrium between the two extremes.How relational dynamics work from a wounded masculine place vs when a woman is in her feminine pull and in co-creation with the masculine. When women close off and harden, it can make it hard to receive satisfaction, money, love, etc. When men live in their wounded masculine, things become unbalanced. The union and reclamation of the feminine and the regulation reclamation of the masculine. Using The Honey Pot to connect back to your body, your pleasure, and release your wounds and trauma. Anchoring into the magic of the cervix, which is the portal to love.How IUDs and birth control impact our cervix and feminine space.  Lessons learned through celibacy.   Guest Bio: Sheeana Leigh is a devotional doula of the Feminine, a birthkeeper, embodiment facilitator, and somatic, holistic sex and relationship coach.
