Since 1995, Linda Miller has focused on the expansion of coaching within the corporate arena. For the past 20 years, Linda has served as an executive coach and Global Liaison for Coaching with The Ken Blanchard Companies and has co-designed two of The Ken Blanchard Company's training programs including Coaching Essentials for managers and leaders.

Linda is a founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation and has served on its international board. She is the co-author of two books and is a contributor to The Ken Blanchard Companies' book Leading at a Higher Level and Marshall Goldsmith's book Coaching for Leadership. In 2009, she received an honorary doctorate for her contribution to the coaching profession.
