If you own any kind of business, you already know the importance of receiving customer reviews. For better or worse, it’s a way to gauge if you’re providing the kind of service your customers are expecting.

Even more important, they can dictate whether a potential customer even decides to give your business a try just based on other’s opinions of you.

So the challenge now becomes getting those customers who had positive experiences with you to leave an online review. But how do you actually go about it and is there a “polite” way to do this?

And what do you do if you receive a negative review? The goal now is to develop a review strategy, take control of your reviewing platforms, encourage your customers to leave reviews and turn them into your brand ambassadors.
