This week on the podcast Mikki speaks to Jeff Pelletier,  ultra-distance trail runner and filmmaker, member of the Team Salomon Canada, and a prolific content creator that showcases running training and competing, bringing to life his adventures in a way that inspires over 50 000 people that are subscribed to his You Tube Channel.
