Susan Verde is an award-winning children’s book author. In addition to writing she is also a certified mindfulness and yoga teacher.
We talk about her own childhood growing up in New York city. Both of her parents worked, so Susan grew up having a lot of freedom. Crashing neighborhood weddings with her friends was a fun adventure from her magical childhood Susan recalls.
