Together, Adam and Vela explore the critical importance of establishing a protocol for integrating soldiers back into society- a need that remains painfully unmet in this country, where we lose 44 veterans a day to suicide. While they briefly touch on the potential of psychedelic therapy, the conversation moves deeper into the power of meditation as a tool for healing, remembering, and reclaiming one’s life.
