About the guest: Dalzell, before joining the faculty at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, spent 43 years in a variety of roles around the world with the Royal Dutch/Shell group of companies; including roles in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. He has recently co-authored a book: Talent Without Borders – Global Talent Acquisition for Competitive Advantage.
