In this week’s Cosmic Weather Report, I invited you to ask yourself a simple yet powerful question: “If I loved myself right now, what would I do?” 💫 So I’ve created a guided meditation to help you sit with that question - to soften, to listen, and to allow the answer to rise from the deep, wise place within you. I’ll keep asking the question throughout the practice, so that you can keep opening, receiving, and remembering what’s true for you. You might like to keep a journal nearby to capture whatever comes through at the end. ❤️
