Plus, Minnesota officials sue the federal government about their immigration operations, following the death of a Minneapolis woman by an ICE agent last week. Nicole Sganga is on the scene, and Virginia Democratic Congressman  James Walkinshaw joins "The Takeout" to discuss his move to put language that would reign ICE and CBP officers in, when it comes to immigration enforcement.
