Keith is a CrossFit Level 4 coach and has been coaching CrossFit, jiujitsu, yoga, barbells, kettlebells and gymnastics for 20 years. He is a former owner and operator of two separate CrossFit gyms in New York City. He now lives and coaches in New Jersey, and work on the CrossFit Seminar Staff.
In this talk, Keith shares about his journey through BJJ, yoga, and CrossFit. He discusses practicing BJJ in 1997 in New York City with Renzo Gracie; discovering yoga, and later becoming a yoga teach; and the early days of CrossFit in parks and martial arts schools.
