This founder climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro after a big pivot - and learned a key lesson about patience and innovation

CEO Yuxiang Zhou shares the lessons he has learned in co-founding Black Lake Technologies and his journey to help digitise factories -- a too-often analog world where too many still depend on paper and pencil.
